Ivan Tyrsted (Chairman and CEO)

Mr. Tyrsted is currently acting as consultant for number of Danish companies ranging from start-ups to big engineering companies. Previously he has worked in various companies in the electronics industry. In 1986 he founded his own company, Master Control, which was sold to Carl Bro in 1993, and from 1998 to 2002 he was the managing director of Kjærgaard A/S, a large supplier of services for industrial automation, production, control, data, and tele communication. Mr. Tyrsted holds a Master of Engineering Degree (Cand.Polyt.) in Electrical Engineering.

Peter Gerken

Mr. Gerken is practicing law at the law firm Poul Meldgaard with office in Aarhus. He provides legal services in a wide range of private, commercial, corporate, financial, and dispute resolution matters and is a board member for several corporate companies. Mr. Gerken holds a Master of Law Degree (Cand.Jur.).
