IDEOGRAMIC ApS
IDEOGRAMIC UML SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a contract between you, the end user, and Ideogramic ApS. By
using this software you accept all the terms and conditions of this
agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO
NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. PROMPTLY REMOVE THE SOFTWARE
FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

GRANT OF LICENSE

You may install and use this software program (herinafter the
"Software") on one computer solely for your personal or company
use as specified by the license.

If you have acquired multiple licenses or a site license you may
use the software on as many computers as specified in the
license. You may also make copies of the Software for backup and
archival purposes.

The period of time in which this license is valid is determined
by the product key you received with the product. If the License
given by the product key expires, you shall remove the Software
from your computer(s).

You may not sell, rent, or lease the Software. 

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE

Ideogramic ApS retains the copyright, title and ownership of the
Software and the written materials regardless of the form or media in
or on which the original and other copies may exist.

TRANSFERS

You may transfer the Software from one of your computers to another
computer or person provided that the Software is transferred without
modification and that the transfer does not violate the grant of
license.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license
agreement provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this license
agreement

TERMS

Without prejudice to any other rights, Ideogramic ApS may terminate
this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and
conditions of this license agreement. In such event, you must destroy
all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software,
except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION (INCLUDING
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE AUTHORS AND DISTRIBUTORS HAVE
NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT, UPDATES,
ENHANCEMENTS, OR MODIFICATIONS. FURTHER, IDEOGRAMIC APS
DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY
REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF
USE, OF THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION IN TERMS OF
CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR
OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND
PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. IF THE
SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE DEFECTIVE, YOU, AND
NOT IDEOGRAMIC APS OR ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS,
AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL
NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

IDEOGRAMIC APS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THAT IS MADE BY IDEOGRAMIC APS, ON
THIS IDEOGRAMIC APS PRODUCT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN
INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY IDEOGRAMIC APS, ITS
DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE
A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS
WARRANTY AND YOU MAY NOT RELY ON ANY SUCH INFORMATION
OR ADVICE.

NEITHER IDEOGRAMIC APS NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN
INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF
THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES
FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT
OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT EVEN IF
IDEOGRAMIC APS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.

Disputes over this agreement are to be handled by Danish law in a
Danish court of justice.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the end user
and Ideogramic ApS.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

BY USING THE EVALUATION VERSION OF IDEOGRAMIC UML, YOU
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LIMITED WARRANTY,
UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS
THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPERSEDES ALL PROPOSALS OR
PRIOR AGREEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER
COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
