  For the German software company e-GIP Software AG, Ideogramic is developing the e-GIP Modeler™ process management tool (go to www.e-gip.com and choose Products->Process Management). The product enables project managers, process engineers, or consultants to draw diagrams for projects and workflows naturally on an electronic whiteboard in collaboration with their teams, while the diagrams are captured electronically and automatically transferred to a shared database in order to inform the work processes. Version 1.0 of e-GIP Modeler was released in October 2001, and the further development of this product still continues as of February 2002. e-GIP Modeler is based on the same patent-pending gesture technology that Ideogramic UML™ and Ideogramic Ideas™ are based on.
